Amy Marden is a freelance writer, lawyer, Naval officer's wife, and mom. Her skill-set is like a jumbo box of crayons with a built-in sharpener; it has 500 facets covering a broad spectrum, and it is always waiting to make something fridge-worthy. While Amy hails from Wisconsin (land of cheese), Navy winds currently blow in Norfolk (land of, well, Navy). With stints in Indiana, Rhode Island, Florida, and New Orleans to boot, she is sure of two things: the U.S. still has regional character, and there is no such thing as a "non-regional dialect" (don't cha know).
